Bill Hutman, Managing Director
Prior to co-founding GlobalSource in 2003, Bill Hutman was
the director of investigations for Europe, Middle East and Africa
for a leading multinational security services company.
Before this he had been the Director of Operations
of the Investigative Group International (IGI), a prominent private
investigation firm based in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Hutman spent a dozen years as an investigative reporter and
writer in the Middle East, and his work has appeared in The New
York Times and The Times of London, as well as publications
by Harvard University Press and Syracuse University Press. Mr. Hutman
holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia and a
Master's Degree from the School of Advanced International Studies,
Johns Hopkins University. He is the owner and managing director
of GlobalSource.
